Design points

Separated horizontal bars suggest a signal display without needing letters or numbers.

This skin uses Alex arms: the front of each sleeve is only 3 pixels wide. A 3×3 stroke can cover that width, so switch to 1×1 beside cuffs and small trim.

A story to start with

A radio tower receives a lullaby from an unlisted station. The technician repairs each relay to discover who is still listening at the other end.

Editing ideas

Keep a dark row between the signal bars when using 1×1. Change the smallest bar to a brighter shade to suggest an active indicator without adding extra symbols.
