Design points

The eye patches are darker than the belly, preserving the panda-like face as the focal point.

This skin uses Steve arms with 4-pixel-wide sleeve fronts. A 2×2 brush suits broad sleeve panels; use 1×1 where the sleeve meets the hand or a narrow stripe.

A story to start with

The picnic basket contains one extra cup. Its panda-costumed owner carries it along in case someone sitting alone would like to join.

Editing ideas

Keep the two dark eye patches separate from the face opening with 1×1. Try a tiny green picnic-badge square on the belly rather than changing both eye patches to bright colors.
